レイトレ合宿7のAWSでインスタンス立ち上げ時に実行するスクリプト

Tesla V100のドライバはGUI操作が必要なようなので、インスタンス起動後にインストールする。
p3.16xlargeではC:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nv_dispwi.inf_amd64_~にあるnvrtum64.dllとnvoptix.dllをC:\Windows\System32へコピー。
これをやらないとOptixが使えない。
