Problem Statement

After a fresh installation or dual boot of Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on Windows systems with Realtek RTL8822CE WiFi adapters, the WiFi adapter fails to appear in system settings, leaving the device with no wireless connectivity.
Symptoms


❌ No WiFi option visible in system settings
❌ No wireless interface detected by the system
❌ Internet only accessible via USB tethering or Ethernet
