Create a template service file at /etc/systemd/system/secure-tunnel@.service
. The template parameter will correspond to the name
of target host:

Description=Setup a secure tunnel to %I
After=network.target

Currently protonmail bridge for linux is distributed as part of an open beta program, but soon it will be made public (https://protonmail.com/bridge/install).
Consider that the bridge linux client requires a paid protonmail account to work.
Locate the section for your github remote in the .git/config
file. It looks like this:
[remote "origin"]
fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
url = git@github.com:joyent/node.git
Now add the line fetch = +refs/pull/*/head:refs/remotes/origin/pr/*
to this section. Obviously, change the github url to match your project's URL. It ends up looking like this:
