Eu consegui resolver habilitando o "underscore" na configuração do nginx. Por padrão ele não aceita. Caso seus parâmetros do header tenham esse formato: "param_test"

If someone had a problem with transfer file max size between the server api and some external application (an application like a react app), you can add the following property at http block of the application ngnix file.

http{
...
client_max_body_size 100m;
...
}

ps: you can increase or decrease that value.
