I got the below spam, to my (probably fairly un-distributed) @cantab.net address on 11th August. If you did too, please add your name to the comments.

Maybe the cantab user database was licensed to these marketing firms when cantab was acquired?

I got one, though deleted it so quickly that I didn't notice the significance.

Nothing received from me, although it could have been filtered by my provider...

I've now received it.

I've only used the cantab address for signing up to Facebook - this may be how they got the address, but I doubt it.

Nothing received here. My cantab account was created at the beginning of July, so it could be that the database was leaked before that, if it was indeed leaked.

Received to mine, which has only received mail from Clare/Cambridge and the GMC in the past year.
