Spinning of the rods is illegal.
Spinning is defined as the rotation of any soccer figure more than 360 degrees before or more than 360° after striking the ball. In calculating the 360° you do not add the degrees spun prior to striking the ball to the degrees spun after striking the ball.
Means, but is not limited to:
- directly hitting the ball after it has dropped.
- not waiting for the opponent to be ready
The ball must be dropped into the service hole.
You can score with every position. (Talk about this before each game)
A ball which enters the goal but returns to the playing surface and/or leaves the table still counts as a goal. A goal is not awarded if the ball somehow goes straight into a goal from the service.
After a goal the opposite player gets the ball to his five-man rod.
When the ball jumped off the table the opponent gets it to his defense.
