Ho @domix,
I found your catalina.properties file this morning. Its helps me a lot, but, my tomcat continues slowly on its deploy.
After some searches, I found this property for Tomcat's context.xml:
From 145.890 ms to 12.035 ms to complete startup (here, based on my 6 apps).
