ssh -NL 5556:localhost:5554 -L 5557:localhost:5555 user@remotesystem

Steps
--------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Setup remote system
2. Setup local system
* make sure to leave ssh up and running to keep the connection up
and running.
3. Use as usual.
