Delivering a product that people can use is satisfying. The challenge lies in making sure it is useful and is used!

At this point, I would've liked to have been further along with the implementation of Refinery on AWS than I am. C'est la vie.

This has not yet had any direct impact on my work, but serves as useful "keeping up" background. I expect to make use of it in the next 2 years, as there will be more work in providing tools.
I see the potential of providing cloud expertise to a wider section of the academic community. A possible exploitation of this would involve the creation of a "Head of Cloud" position, then filling that position. Over a 3 to 5 year timescale.
