I've been working on this idea off and on for a while and tonight Rhiannon had a suggestion that just fell into place. The end result:

  • 1 shot (or 2 if you like) Bulleit Bourbon
  • 1 shot tart cherry juice
    • original was RW Knudsen family organic just tart cherry
  • 6 oz peach sparking water
    • original was Waterloo
  • ice to preference
  • rinse and repeat as needed
