Problem:
Yo Elaine/Dan/Trenton/Twilio Support!! wazzaup.
My Dilemma, (rapped to the tune of "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air")
Now this is a story all about how,
I couldn't access my account at all,
And I'd like to take a minute just sitting right here,
To tell you about the issue I'm having with flair.
In west Pennsylvania -- not the bay,
On the macbook where I spend most of my days
Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool
And surfing some websites -- coding some tools
When a couple of thoughts, they were up to no good
Appeared out of nowhere like Robin Hood,
I had one little second to consider and think
"Fuck it" I said lets click that Twilio link.
I waited for my mac as it rendered the site
When it finished I said DAYUM and got really excite
If anything I could say that this site was rare
But then I typed my creds and hit enter'e!
Then my request got processed and promptly denied
I tried it again then thought "Duh. Password reset!!"
An E-mail got sent and I checked my client
"No account found." huh? I wondered in silence.
So basically I can't log into my account now but my apps are still working...help?
Thanks Y'all! Hope it's sunny and nice over on the west coast.
~Dan
