a list of the alarms I have set on my phone
7am wake-up; take morning meds; eat breakfast
8am start programming work
12pm eat; no computer use until next alarm
2pm start writing/editing work
5pm whatever (food at some point after this alarm, maybe more work, maybe not-computer stuff -- this is mostly just to alert me to the passage of time)
7pm take evening meds; stop doing work for the day
12am take anxiety med (to help with nightmares/nighttime panic attacks)
1am go to bed
