     você ouve e entende outra
     que  não  é o  que  eu disse 
          nem    o  que  as próprias palavras
                         se tornaram

E enquanto você tenta entender isso tudo
  procurando
                desesperadamente
  atravessar    o  mar vazio      até o sentido
     (que   não é  o que
       eu disse    e sim
     o que você    acha
       que precisa ouvir
     )
      ignora o fato 
      de que eu estou do seu lado
             eu          sou                        você
             e  as    palavras
         que    você   me  ouviu         dizer 
  na verdade
             saíram
                    da
                       sua
                           boca
