Dear great ones of Funkatronic Labs,

I purchased Fujii on April 8th of this year on the quest. And it is a great game.
So great, I was excites to also play it on oculus pc.

The very day I purchased it for quest I tried to redeem the cross buy on pc. But alas! There was an error in the oculus store that prevented me from redeeming, or even purchasing the game again from the oculus game store.

I was perplexed, vexed, and dismayed. "Where is my game!," I cried to the heavens, "I wish to play this wonderful game!"

No worries, I thought, I will contact oculus customer support right away, they will fix the issue.

Three months later.

I have been struck down, after months of going back and forth with the gatekeepers of the oculus customer service, after literal hundreds of correspondence I have discovered that they are merely imps, sent from the underworld to feed on my sorrow and to torment my very soul.

They tell me to reinstall the desktop app,
I do so
They tell me to try the browser
I do so
They say use the phone app
I do so
They tell me to reinstall the desktop app again
Still nothing

Once during our correspondence they told me to please wait while they checked on something, that they would get right back to me; Only for them close the service ticket as 'resolved' after I wrote back and asked them for any update.

Just today, they wrote me and said, cross buy was only available for this game as of this month, and not when I purchased it.

I WAS AGAST!

LIES!

UNTRUTHS!

In anger I listed all the gawds at them, each by name.

How could they say such deceit?

What had I done to them for they to be so cruel?

Am I not a good man? I give to the poor. I walk my dog. Both can bare witness to my kind deeds. Have I not earned the right to spend my own money and play such a wonderful game? Am I not worthy?

I come to you now,  oh gentle souls, oh kind spirits, oh saintly servants of heaven that have blessed this world with your mighty works of VR greatness.

At this moment I can not even buy another copy of Fujii. While I am able to purchase many other inferior titles for oculus pc, any time I attempt a purchase of your fine game I am struck down with, 'Error, performing query'.

My very spirit is tormented. Is it even worth living a life not getting to experience Fujii for PC?

Please kind people of Funktronic labs, is there nothing you can do for me? is there no way for you to perhaps slay the oculus beast? Could you parley with the gorgons  on my behalf?

I know I ask too mutch.

I know you must all be busy making your next world changing vr game experience, and it is wrong of me to divert your attention away from your awesome work.

But I, your humble servant, have lost all hope from my meager existence. I can only spend my days weeping into my headset, only wishing I had something to play. Something worth playing.
