Resolver o problema do Not Allowed 403 no Console
You can whitelist /carbon in <EI_HOME>/conf/security/Owasp.CsrfGuard.Carbon.properties. Add following to the end of the file,
org.owasp.csrfguard.unprotected.AdminConsole=%servletContext%/carbon/*
