Deep tree Rendering in cycles

Deep Tree is really great for the intermediate to distant low poly trees. But I'm seeing odd transparency (or lack of) artefacts in cycles.

I see similar in full renders. (the screengrap is a small segment of a large image, the trees will be quite small in final render but artefacts will still be noticeable)

I can cut down my blend file and send through if you can't duplicate this.
