w00t! Thanks much for sharing this. Only thing I would change is fcgi to use a socket rather than 127.0.0.1:9000.

I see this is updated 8 days ago, but it looks old, unless I'm missing something. W3TC on my setup is using wp-content/cache/page_enhanced${cached_uri}_index.html instead of wp-content/w3tc/pgcache/$cache_uri/_index.html

Actually, include fastcgi.conf should be enough on line 81, the two next lines are redundant :).

I'm try for my site Kaca Film Mobil Bandung but after finish the configuration. source code for w3 total cache not display. Does it work?
