(おそらくここにマナーという単語があるためにマナー違反云々が独り歩きしたのでは。 egregious manner で悪質、あくどいやり方くらいの意味ではないでしょうか。日本語で言う所のマナーがルールみたいな意味になってずれてるのかと。)
