  • Added VSF_Trigger, VSF_Toggle components to the VSeeFace SDK which allow executing functions and toggling objects on and off on certain conditions
  • Added various VSF_SetEffect... components to the VSeeFace SDK which allow overriding the settings of post processing effects like bloom and ambient occlusion. The settings can be controlled through Unity animations. The easiest way to do so, is to create an Animator on the same object the VSF_SetEffect... components are attached to and animating them that way.
  • Added a VSF_SetBlendShapeClip component to the VSeeFace SDK which allows overriding VRM blend shape clip values, which can also trigger custom animations according to the VSF_Animations component
  • Added a VSF_SetTransform component to the VSeeFace SDK which allows setting a game object's position, rotation and scale

I have find my solution! Post it here to help people!

You can easily run Vseeface on mac M1 silicone using Parallels's windows 11 arm AND winebottler... You have to use winebottler to the extra level of compatibility... I had an issue loading my VRM but beside that, everything work... Thanks for the tip Emilianvt

I have the same issue with "Loading camera list", just stuck.

My setup:
Mac on M1, Parallel with Win11 ARM, on MacOS I have installed and tried winebottler and crosover with minimal knowledge of how it should be done - no surprise I had only errors.

My goal is to:
1)Run VseeFace on Mac OR Win11 under Parallel
2) Leap Motion should work together with VseeFace.

Right now what I have:

  1. VseeFace doesn't work neither Win11 nor Mac under Wine.
  2. Leap Motion also has problems with M1 and currently I only found the way to get the Leap Motion device recognized on the Mac (last soft + (!) REBOOT notebook...)

I'm so tired, I've gone through so many options and settings and with VSeeFace, 3tene, etc.
I don't understand why face tracking is best on iPhone - but Vtubing programs are developing only for Win... 3tene disappointed me by the sudden lack of support for Leap Motion specifically on Mac, even in the paid versions where you can connect full body costume!
Nonsense and agony.
I already have thoughts to sell this laptop and buy one on which I can put normal Win

Also, I believe (tho I may be wrong) that problem is only that you don't include ARM64 dll library so it rely on Wine to access win32 library. All the error I get are all tie to win32. I hope it will help. Thanks again so much!!!

Thank you for trying to help with information, ONLY HERE I found someone who is trying to solve this issue.
Sorry devs if you think that this thread it's not the right place, but M1 is a big new issue and it's better for next users to get info in one place.

From my side I can recommend to try webcammotioncapture, it works on ANY OS, it's okay, if only it didn't break out the hand animation while the standard movements, gotta try to master the patterns of minimal hand movements to make it nice :)

Please, understand that what we are doing is unsupported and it is a previlege that Emlianavt answer at all.

That being said, using wine bottler and parallels, you can open Vseeface and use it with only open face tracking. I did manage to use it with the vmc protocole and it work okay. Since it is all virtualization. it take a lot of pc power and make it a poor solution. Even Vtuber plus end up taking less power then Vseeface (because yeah, I try to run both and obs) Also, I will remember you that the leap motion is a camera so if a camera doesn't work, the leap won<t work either...

From my side I can recommend to try webcammotioncapture, it works on ANY OS, it's okay, if only it didn't break out the hand animation while the standard movements, gotta try to master the patterns of minimal hand movements to make it nice :)

If you are looking for an alternative to VSeeFace, I would recommend RiBLA Broadcast instead, which has a version for Mac and does not require a subscription. It uses MediaPipe for hand tracking, like WMC.

Is there a way to change specifically the background color?

Only on Linux. On Windows it is not necessary due to OBS being able to capture the transparent background as is.

A vrm file that was working normally suddenly doesn't move at all.
It is said that the linkage with the iPhone facial mocap was successful, but the avatar does not move at all in vseeface.
Also, there is a problem that the hair and clothes do not move when the avatar loaded in vseeface is moved by Alt+click or wheel click&drag.
The avatar vrm file that shows all the problems you're experiencing is the same file that worked fine before the problem appeared.
I also tried downgrading the graphics driver version, but to no avail.
Is there any way to fix it?
I wonder if it doesn't work normally in Windows 11.

This is usually a firewall issue:

Only the camera is moving while the avatar remains static, so physics will not move due to this.

It should work normally on Windows 11.
