Rails Girls More online の検討

目的

  • 現在、Tokyoで開催している月1回では、個別にチュートリアルなどで勉強している人の質問が聞ける場所がないため、改善できる方法はないかというのが発端
  • 同じような勉強会を開催しているエリアのコーチと協力できたら、 コーチの負担もかなり軽減できるし、コーチ間の知り合いも増えて、もっとよいのでは？と閃いた

どのようにやるか？

開催日/時間

  • 平日 夜
    • 20:00～22:00 (自宅に帰っての時間だとこのくらい?)
  • 隔週くらいのペースで開催
    • 曜日は分ける

開催方法

  • online用のslackを作成する
  • 各エリアで協力して頂けそうなコーチに参加してもらう

開催決定

  • slackでコーチ内で参加できる方を確認(1~2名は必要?)

    • 最初はコアメンバ(emorima, cobachie?) が参加して進めていく
    • 後々、コアメンバが不在でも開催できるようにしたい
