The Web Browser Manager is a nice touch.
I like Mint so using some of their tools makes sense to me.
There is obviously a lot of effort put into combining QT and GTK apps and making them cohesive and look consistent.
The ideal of providing custom layouts in KDE Plasma is very interesting. KDE provides a way to customize the appearance in every other way so I could see the ability to provide custom layouts as part of the core KDE experience as a way to easily extend the modular and customizable nature of Plasma. Think of MATE Tweak but for Plasma.
Feren OS proves to me the notion that a smaller distribution can innovate and add value despite not having as many users or visibility as the mainstream distros. They are doing some very interesting things like taking the good pieces from other distributions and desktop environments and combining them in a new way.
