Google Chrome

Editar el archivo /usr/share/applications/google-chrome.desktop
Actualizar a línea Exec=/usr/share/applications/google-chrome.desktop %U
por Exec=/usr/share/applications/google-chrome.desktop --force-device-scale-factor=1.25 %U
Modificar la escala 1.25 a la deseada.
Reiniciar el navegador, ojo si está ejecutándose en segundo plano cerrarlo totalmente.

Abrir el navegador y escribir en la bara de dirección about:config
Aceptar la edición y buscar la siguiente entrada: Layout.css.devPixelsPerPx
Editar el valor de la escala por 1.25 o la deseada.
