I keep getting this error: 'UnixSpiDevice' is inaccessible due to its protection level
Hi @mindsgn. You might need to enable it in the boot configuration on your RaspberryPi. Add the following lines to /boot/config.txt
on your device:
dtparam=spi=on
core_freq=250
core_freq_min=250
Also bear in mind that this code is hideously outdated and I think the GPIO support in .NET 5 is significantly different. When I get the time, I'll update this.
Hi @mindsgn, I ran into this same issue. To create a UnixSpiDevice, try
var spi = SpiDevice.Create(settings);
That should do it.

Yes, you just send darker colours. Black turns LEDs off.

I believe the iot library handles it based on given SpiConnectionSettings, so the code is:
