Memory Cleanup

Audit and repair the project's memory structure. Claude Code silently creates individual .md files for every memory it saves — this skill consolidates them into 2 managed files and installs instructions that prevent the bloat from recurring.
Works on both bloated projects (consolidation) and new projects (clean setup). Re-run periodically to catch any drift that accumulates between sessions.
