January 1: Beans for New Years!
April 18: Made a version of this Portuguese stew from Rancho Gordo. Pretty solid.
May 21: Smoked/grilled the hot and fast chicken from Virtual Weber Bullet. Turned out great. Maybe could've used less charcoal.
May 29: Smoked spare ribs, doing roughly 3-2-1.
June 25: Got a wok for my birthday and made eggs in it, which is more a test of seasoning than a recipe. Also made broccoli pasta. Very excited to cook more in this thing.
July 6: Made the Thai chicken with basil from The Wok. Probably could do it better, but came out plenty good.
