Just not worth it to create a lib for a single file.

I noticed a slight jitter during the movement of the card header. How can I resolve this?

I've done this code achieve the needs of my current project, so i'm not complete sure show would it work for your specific case.
The collapsing offset is calculated from the position of the first element in the LazyColumn as you can see on rememberOffsetScrollState().

As I understand you need something with this structure, right? Then I think you would need to modify to listen an NestedScroll object.
