Supports

• allowReordering to toggle side handle
• handleIcon to customize side handle
• PopupMenuItem does NOT get misplaced
• children and onReorder, providing a similar ReorderableListView experience. A difference is that onReorder returns the correct indexes, so no workarounds are necessary.
• childrenAlreadyHaveListener disables the auto creation of the listener, for when you need to have a better control where you'll place your ReorderableListener inside your list item Widget

@ffeu The issue was resolved after I removed async from onReorder(), seems like doing await in onReorder() is not a good idea!
