To my knowledge none of these commands have any affect on BlueTooth starting with macOS Monterey. BlueTooth Explorer does not work any more as well. It seems Apple removed the ability to modify BlueTooth settings, Codecs etc. starting with Monterey. Aptx has been depricated as well and is no longer available as a codec in Monterey. It's only AAC and SBC with no ability to choose between the two. I hope I'm wrong about this but I have a pair of cheap SBC codec headphones that would not connect in Monterey because of AAC SBC conflicts and I had to downgrade to Big Sur to force SBC. The headphones work perfectly now but I can't upgrade to Monterey until someone figures out how to force/modify bluetooth codecs in Monterey.
