Man, the start of April is so busy. Busy but good. Working my way backwards here's the stuff I've done:
-
My 12kg kettlebell arrived at my doorstep. Now, I have three kettlebells an 8kg, 12kg, and a 16kg. I'll be using all of these in my Onnit kettlebell training program.
-
I started doing my first ever Kettlebell training session last night. I can't believe I was just using an 8kg and it is a bit of a challenge already. I used that weight so that I could finish the whole session. Picking a heavier bell would not allow me to finish.
-
Big day yesterday, I finished up my Pager Duty. I handed off the support phone to another colleague who's next in line for support. What a feeling! I had a lot of support calls recently -- which was totally different from the last support stint I had which I did not receive anything at all.
-
I clocked out early and had a bottle of beer with teammates who decided they had enough of the day as well. Having a break in the middle of the week is really refreshing.
It seems so distant now, here are the things I definitely did on Monday:
-
When we got home -- we went jogging around the block. That's before answering another support call.
-
I remember calling the kids at 4:30PM in the afternoon to remind them to answer their maths book. I checked their work after dinner. It was disappointing to learn that the kids doesn't seem to get better at it. Just a matter of a few days they already forget what I taught them.

I bought a 12kg kettlebell online from my favourite shop @ NC fitness.
