Saturday

  • Today I woke up early to do my kettlebell exercises. I was hoping it was a kettlebell exercise but instead, I did 30 minutes of yoga. To me, yoga over 15 minutes is like eternity. So after doing 30 minutes, I had enough but there's still 30 minutes worth of yoga video I haven't finished.

  • After the Saturday routine, we went to our piano lessons. I have a bunch of homework to do and this time, I'll make sure I'll do them so I could play earlier. My target is to practice this week so our next lesson, will be more productive and much faster. I am playing on a grand piano. I love playing on a grand piano. Our practice piano is not even a piano -- its a plastic keyboard. This will be my next big project. I'll save up for a better keyboard. It'll be atleast a weighted keyboard with 88 keys. A proper piano for beginners. Once I get more serious at playing, I'd definitely get a grand piano -- just thinking about it makes me smile. There will be a grand piano sitting in our own house. It'll bring us joy.

  • I made arrabiata tonight from Jamie Oliver's recipe. It was good but it was fucking hot! Both mama and dude were not able to tolerate the heat coming from the spaghetti sauce I made. It was good but it was too hot. I think I gained a lot of calories from that meal.

  • We also attended mass tonight. I'm glad that's done so we won't have to worry about it tomorrow.

Tomorrow

  • Exercise. I expect to do a kettlebell session tomorrow. Make it early in the day so it's done already. If dude wants to go for a jog, I'm happy to do it as well after the kettlebell session.

  • I want to make those beans too! But we have enough food already. I think the beans could be stored anyway so it could serve as our breakfast in the week ahead.

  • Put in work in the garden. We already have a green bin -- I need to tidy up the garden and get rid of the green waste I have lying around. This will make my job a little bit tidier. Once that's done, I shall continue mulching. I dropped another 50 AUD towards our garden this week. It's something that I want to finish. It will bring me a sense of accomplishment if I finish this project before winter comes -- that's the goal.

  • Write down goals for April -- I know this is a bit late already because a week of April has passed. I still have three weeks to complete my goals for the month. It'll be a fruitful month still for us!

  • Do maths with the kids.

What am I looking forward to?

  • Mama's departure -- even though it'll be harder for us again without mama. I feel that I'm missing the time when we're alone. The time when it's just the family.

  • I am really excited doing the Onnit Kettlebell program.

  • Piano practice.

  • Moving forward with my garden project.
