Given the nature of our Services, we process calendar information, which may include personal data such as names, addresses, or contact details if they are part of your calendar entries. However, while we process this information to deliver our service, we do not store or retain any of this personal data on our servers or systems. When the server-side access is disabled, the data never leaves your local system.

**Local Calendar Access:**  
The EventLink MacOS app accesses your local calendar on MacOS and exposes it through a local API. All data remains local on your device unless the server-side service is activated.

**Server-side Service:**  
If you choose to activate our server-side service (https://eventlink.host), the app will forward API requests from the internet to your local app. Your calendar data will pass through our service. However, we do not log, store, or retain this data in any form on our servers. The data is merely transmitted and is not persisted.

**3. HOW IS YOUR DATA PROCESSED?**

Your data is processed locally on your MacOS device. If you activate our server-side service, your calendar data is forwarded without being logged or stored on our servers.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your calendar data from being used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed while in transit. As no data is stored, there are no other opportunities for unauthorized access.
