A simple JSON map for Timezones Abbreviations, specifically the goal was 3 letter US abbreviations to UTC offsets. This was designed for use with Moment (http://momentjs.com/) in mind, so it uses the "+####" format.

This list was copy-pasted, then editied from the Wikipedia list: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_time_zone_abbreviations
Please double check that pages sources for accuracy.

List now trimmed down to United States Timezones plus a few others. Redundancies made the previous not very helpful. Most of the international locations we deal with have full timezones (Europe/City_Name) format anyway, this is just being used as a domestic set. Thanks @adameickhoff for the update.

Does anyone know if this accounts for the fact that some time zones have daylight savings times and others don't (when working client-side/JavaScript)?
