  • The FDA Manipulates the Media:

    1. They tell their friendly reporters who they can and can't talk to with conditional embargos.
    2. They don't let reports they view as hostile into the press releases.
    3. They actively thwart these reporters viewed as hostiles by intentionally telling them lies and half-truths.

    "For example, the FDA assures the public that it is committed to transparency, but the documents show that, privately, the agency denies many reporters access—including ones from major outlets such as Fox News—and even deceives them with half-truths to handicap them in their pursuit of a story. At the same time, the FDA cultivates a coterie of journalists whom it keeps in line with threats. Its “witnesses came and lied,” Koubbi said; and when challenged, the judge said that plaintiff’s witnesses had “a right to lie.” When Koubbi asked one of Kerviel’s supervisors what he knew about his trades, he replied: “I cannot answer that question because if I answered that question, I’d have to pay back the money I already received.” He’d signed a contract with the bank that prevented him from talking about the case. And the judge let it go.

  • Konkret geht es um den Umgang mit der Dienstwaffe. Diese ist auch im Normalbetrieb stets entsichert und durchgeladen. Das war auch im August 2013 so, als nach gemeinsamen Recherchen des NDR Fernsehmagazins Hallo Niedersachsen und des Nachrichtensenders NDR Info der Beamte im gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum seine Dienstwaffe gezogen und den Lauf einem anderen Polizisten an die Schläfe gehalten haben soll. Zugleich soll er ihn zu sexuellen Handlungen aufgefordert haben. Nach Angaben eines Insiders, der seinen Namen nicht in den Medien lesen möchte, haben insgesamt fünf Beamte diesen Vorgang miterlebt.

    FÜNF BEAMTE haben das miterlebt! Und keiner hat Anzeige erstattet?!

    Und das ist nicht mal ein Einzelfall! Die haben noch einen Whistleblower am Start, der aussagt, dass auf ihn auch schon mehrfach geladene Dienstwaffen gezielt worden seien. Was zur Hölle!?

The government has demonstrated that they will abuse every power given to them, and even those that weren't. I would not entrust every aspect of my personal information to the very same organizations that indefinitely detains people, including American citizens, without access to a lawyer while commiting acts of torture; and the ones that said the Patriot Act could never be used for domestic surveilance; that lied about being unable to unlock the phone of the last guy they tried this with to get the law changed; and that continues to engage in parallel construction, torture by proxy, and extraordinary rendition. And now they're saying that we should trust them to stop those bad guys once again.

"I have nothing to hide": Who decides what is meaningfull to hide in 20 years time? The relationships you had 20 years ago, what are they doing now? You don't know but the government surely does and you had connections to these people that now are possible terrorists. Good luck getting through the security check at the next airport.

  • Deutschland wird auch im Mittelmeer verteidigt. Deutsche Politiker möchten die Flüchtlingswelle bekämpfen, gern auch mit der Bundesmarine. Hierzu stellen sich ein paar Fragen. [Zeit 17 May 2015]

  • Than CIA Director John Brennan did the Sunday talk-show circuit to start the propaganda, playing-down the report's significance, warning that information in the 28 pages hasn't been vetted or corroborated, adding that releasing the information would give ammunition to those who want to tie the terror attacks to Saudi Arabia [The Hill on 2 May 2016]
  • The final chapter of the Congressional investigative report into 9/11 has been left out due to it being classified. Then Chairman of the Senate Select Committe on Intelligence, former Senator Bob Grahm (D-FL) has seen these pages and pushed for their declassification. In a recent 60min segment, the Democratic senator said, the hijackers were "substantially" supported by Saudi government, as well as charities and wealthy people in that country [cbs].

At the moment, a Senate bill is underway, intended to make clear that the immunity given to foreign nations under the law should not apply in cases where nations are found culpable for terrorist attacks that kill Americans on United States soil.

The NYTimes reports, that Saudi Arabia has told the Obama administration and members of Congress that it will sell off hundreds of billions of dollars’ worth of American assets held by the kingdom (remember, Saudi Arabia is the world's third largest holder USD & US tresuary reserves) if Congress passes above bill that would allow the Saudi government to be held responsible in American courts for any role in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. Specifically, none other than Adel al-Jubeir, the Saudi foreign minister, delivered the kingdom’s message personally last month during a trip to Washington, "telling lawmakers that Saudi Arabia would be forced to sell up to $750 billion in treasury securities and other assets in the United States before they could be in danger of being frozen by American courts."
