When I used Adobe products first time, I spent 2 days using Motion Master and 1 day using Premiere Pro CS4. Each of the programs use exactly same file in different projects:

Motion Master – Original files (that I can transfer with no loss of quality), including profiles for different bitrates

Premiere Pro CS4 – Original files, both 1080p mpeg and uvc video files.

7zip file with original Premiere Pro, Motion Master and Photoshop files in case you need to extract/convert that
