Solved

"Bricked" (startup bug)

Steps for Repro

  1. Put into demo mode: LCTRL + CAPSLOCK + TAB 3 seconds on startup
  2. Unplug
  3. Plug into a MAC
  4. Observe startup procedure

Symptoms

platform symptom
macOS plugin keyboard => 1 white flash of ESC => 3 flashes of profile? => turns off
Windows plugin keyboard => ?

Solution

  1. Unplug
  2. Turn all dip switches off
  3. Plug into/out MAC
  4. Restore 1 dip switch to ON

this could be from using the cable plugged into the keyboard with the superspeed symbol pointed UP instead of DOWN

hey!
My keyboard was lock (on Windows and linux), the light was on, but no input worked. Updated the firmware did nothing.
Playing with the switch turning it on on off did work.
