Useful options:

-prof gc          # enables the built-in GC profilers
-foe true         # fails execution if the benchmark fails
-jvmArgs "-Xmx1G" # makes heap settings stable across envs
-gc true          # forces a GC between runs
-rf csv           # generates results csv
