Portable, simple, cross-platform (best if freestanding) simplest implementation of regex library
It should contain features like: search, match and replace
Most likely written in C99 or C11 but Zig would also be a possibility

App or Game for Blackberry Q10
Could be also for Android 4.1 but better if i were to do a native Blackberry app

Wasm4 or TIC-80 port to my pico with controls and display + loading from SD card if possible
