Squeeze the raised edges on the sides of the motion sensor to take it apart to expose the battery.
Remove the battery for at least 10 seconds. Reinsert the battery.
As soon as the battery is reinserted, press the reset button 8 times in a row, once per second. The lights on the top right corner of the motion sensor should begin to flash. (You may have to make a shadow over the device to see the flashing light). Once the light is flashing you're ready to pair.
NOTE: The LED can be dim, if you're in a well lighted area this light could be difficult to see.
Join the Zigbee Network
Perform a factory reset before attempting to pair.
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Zigbee on the Device Discovery page to start device discovery.
See Discovering your devices for detail instructions.
On the large piece, remove the back by squeezing the raised edges on both sides.
Insert the battery. The sensor's LED will flash while searching for the hub.
NOTE: The LED can be dim, if you're in a well lighted area this light could be difficult to see.
Wait for the device to be added into the system, successful pairing will be confirmed by Hubitat Elevation™
Watch the status in the device details page to confirm proper operation.
Leaving the Zigbee Network
From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
