Some of the powder tends to stick to the sides -- use a spoon to scrape while mixing if necessary.
- Ice 300g
- Coffee 100ml
- Milk 100ml
- Eggs 2
- Sugar 80g
- Cocoa Powder 20g
- BCAA 20g
- Creatine 10g
- Colagen 20g
- Milk Powder 60g
- Lysine 500mg
- Taurine 500mg
- Thiamine 300mg
- Salt 1tsp
- Methylene Blue 2.3% solution 4gtt
- Magnesium Chloride 2tsp
Never take methylene blue whilst on antidepressants.
And while we're at it, serotonin is NOT a happiness hormone.
