1. Install wscat globally by running npm install -g wscat.
2. Once wscat is installed, connect to the CBDC WebSocket by running the following command in your terminal: wscat -c wss://s1.cbdc-sandbox.rippletest.net:51233. This will connect your terminal to the CBDC WebSocket.
