I made some scripts, see https://github.com/jone/plone-github-svn-diff
The collective is quite hard, it is huge and has also subfolders which contain again multiple packages (for example simplelayout). Those folders need to be "declared" in the script.. It also seems that in the collective script the pypi lookup is buggy (working on it).
