                Getting local manager Dashboard up and running in Home Assistant
              
          
    This is just meant to be some tips to help you get this up and running. If you are new to Home Assistant, or HACS then this is probably not a good place to start.

You need to have HACS installed. https://hacs.xyz/
Install feedparse via HACS - https://github.com/custom-components/feedparser
Install list-card via HACS - https://github.com/iantrich/list-card
Install pirate-weather - https://github.com/alexander0042/pirate-weather-ha
Create you pirate weather account and get your api key
Find the long and lat for your locations via google (remember those cordinates might be negative!)
Find the news feeds you want via feedspot https://blog.feedspot.com/

Better Team Communication Through Better Status Update Processes.

By refining the structure of the Architecture department’s status processes I will improve the quality and efficiency of communication for the department. This improvement will have a positive impact for myself, my direct reports, and the Chief Technology Officer. Currently, the team status meeting is the totality of the team status update process. The meeting follows the style of an executive briefing. Each team member gives a brief update on their respective goals and tasks. The status meeting gives me the information I need to provide upward communication of department status to the Chief Technology Officer. My direct reports use the team meeting as a forum to ‘bounce’ ideas off each other and overcome obstacles they have encountered. I frequently use the status meeting to communicate downwards, providing information from the Chief Technology Officer and other leadership roles.

The Plan
* Each week pick a place which is suitable for a variable size group of 518 nerds.
* Try to oscillate between the various towns where people work.
* Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday? Maybe mix it up from week to week.
* The more the merrier, bring a friend or co worker.
* Talk about anything but recruitment :)
* Nothing fancy, counter service is cool.
