Changes:
- Totals (rows, cols) and Competitors suppressed from initial schema
- Rows becomes Columns (Horizontal Marimekko)
- Cell A1 of "Colors" sheet is the thresold % to hide names
- names displayed instead of values
- Cells ordered according to size
