Project Expectations: What does each group member hope to get out of this project? We both would like to gain a better understanding of JS and feel familiar/comfortable with it

Goals and expectations: To work well as a team and write great code collaboratively

Team strengths: Attention to detail, organization, previous coding experience, curiosity

How to overcome obstacles: Communication

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?): Mornings, some afternoons, Thurs, Fri, Sat

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?): Through Slack and in person several times throughout the day

Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement): We feel pretty strong on html & css, we would like to improve on the javascript

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?): Work collaboratively on everything, emphasis on pairing (driver/navigator/ping pong)

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests): Frequent meaningful submissions and reviews

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback: Be open minded and listen

Agenda to discuss project launch: We don't understand this - our goal is to review daily in the morning

Ideas: To get this done in 2 days?

Tools: Git, sublime, Slack

Additional Notes: Need some clarification on some of the form items please

This is a good start and could benefit from more details in order to be a good plan to come back to mid-way through the project; one such place you might want to revisit is the note on communication for "how we'll overcome obstacles": what does this communication look like? What other tools will you utilize?

"Agenda to discuss project launch" can pertain to what steps you're taking to launch the project, i.e., reading through the spec, wireframing, whiteboarding, etc.
