- Ricardo - Looking to write the backend in rails. Stretch - web sockets and micro services
- Travis - Looking React/Redux for the front end. Stretch - use rebase workflow, possibly implement react hooks

- R & T - Prefers pairing, communicates constantly and effectively, utilizes slack, PRs, etc.

- R - Good at reading the docs
- T - Good at working through errors

- R - Daily here by 8, out by 7...jobs @ towards end of the day. WE - Sat ok, Sun no
- T - Daily here by 7, out by 7...jobs @ 7 - 8. WE - Sat ok, Sun...off?

- R & T - Same as above, talk early and often
Abilities & Growth Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):
- R - I would like to improve on Javascript and being able to serve it on an endpoint. Rails, getting better with Rspec for testing and the web sockets
- T - I would like improve the intuitive design of the site over my last projects

- R - Mostly on the backend
- T - Mostly on the frontend

- R & T - Stay in constant communication for workflow, slack messages and PR reviews
