  • wear braces only at night while asleep

    • helps straighten wrist
  • leaning foward puts too much pressure on wrist.

  • put monitor closer or make font larger so that no learn forward

  • pad on left; vertical mouse on right. use pad for scrolling, two finger; use mouse for more precision pointing.

  • move arms instead of wrist sometimes so that not only wrist stresses.

  • consult physical therapy at health center

  • when traveling carry a bluetooth mouse and resting pads for laptop touchpad

Seating position

  • tilt seat more forward so that back on the seat back

  • lower back support is at level of belly button

  • standing not necessarily better than sitting

    • no hard proof
    • step out 5 min every hour
  • lower arm rest to bottom.

    • leaning on the arm rest too much stresses nerves
  • hold palms upward/outside for 50 seconds. it opens the shoulder. opposite to when we are typing

  • tighte back so that it has back suppport

  • the height of seat should have both feet on the ground, so that you are supporting weight using both feet and butt
