  • This is just the best open source course I could find until now.

2. The Biostar Handbook: 2nd Edition

  • Isn't just a book, as soon as you have access to the platform you have courses about unix, python, bioinformatic's tools and others. Inside the books you can find toy data to understand the subject. I have used this book as reference many times, really recommend.
