This will be a role play where candidate will conduct a simple technical interview with a member of the futureproof team playing a potential student, and another member of the futureproof team will observe. The potential student (member of the futureproof team) will share their screen so candidate can observe. Candidate should make notes throughout in order to provide a review at the end. During a technical interview we are not looking for the complete student, but for someone who is motivated, logical and teachable.
Candidate should ask potential student to talk through their website code, picking out significant parts.
