Hi there, @gigawatts ! Would you please measure each segment but also considering the extra part of the length added by the closed telescopic "tip" ? This means:

When the whole antenna is closed, surely the length is not 61mm ... because on top of segment 1, you have the rest of the segments, collapsed ... up to the tip itself. SO first segment should be a bigger number than 61mm.

Same reasoning should be done for the second segment, it should be the sum of: 61mm of the first one, 35.8 from the second one, and a small extra for the rest of the closed telescopic segments plus tip.

The actual irradiating length of the antenna goes from the bottom where the phillips screw is (where you start your red mark) up to the TIP itself included... for each open segment. Hopefully my english was good enough to explain.

So, correct me if I am wrong, but you are asking for 6 separate measurements?
1st, everything collapsed, measured from the bottom "phillips screw" part, to very top of plastic tip
2nd, same as first, but with a single segment fully extended, the rest collapsed (smallest core tube first, or largest tube first?)
3rd, same as second, but with 2 segments extended
4th, same as third, but with 3 segments extended
5th, same as fourth, but with 4 segments extended
6th, full extension of ALL 5 segments
