This demo was brought to you by the version number 1.03.
[V1.02 changes]
- Removed random crash in basketball, Jules forgot to initialise a POLY_F4 (duh)
- Ashley Bennett @ Gremlin fixed up the bug in Loaded where the top of the map
could sometimes cause a crash if you shot a lot and got covered up by the
explosions, this man is the fastest debugger ever
- Some of the static screens taken out of Destruction Derby, all credit due
to Reflections for fixing this in about 15 minutes under pressure
- Soak tested for approximately a day and a night trying to find the
basketball bug
- Random table now 16 elements
- Still some suspicion of a crash in V-CD.
[V1.03 changes]
- Changed icons for games - Toshinden became Battle Arena Toshinden, and
Starblade became Starblade <alpha sign> otherwise Namco/Takara would not
approve their use
- 72 hour soak test completed
- Initial testing done @ QA
Commiserations:
- UbiSoft and Rayman - bad karma with subprocesses and the SPU, demo 2...
- SCEI & Jumping Flash - still PAL portin', demo 2
- Namco, still porting....
